We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns:
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact us at support@thymies.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, clearance items, and personal care products (if opened) cannot be returned.
